Republican: Yes, but I have a debt ceiling, so I will only be paying $2,000 of that.

Yes. I most often call them malignant pseudo-theocratic fascist-wannabes. States where they have power they are going full fascist. It’s like slow moving legislative secession by #MAGA state and county governments.
