Mark Burnett@fortyseven I remember when that first came out. They hyped it so much we were all excited and sat around and watched it on TV. 6-year-old me was terrified of germs for a while. What you are leaving out is that this was the 70s, everything was this cheesy.
@m8urnett What's interesting is that I went into this only knowing Travolta was IN it -- not what role he played.
I certainly wasn't expecting the time jump whiplash so early in the film -- the titular "boy" goes from being a toddler to drinking age. 😆
