Ukrainian Food Week conquered Google offices with "syrnyki" (cottage cheese pancakes). From April 24-28, Google employees dined on Ukrainian dishes, including "syrnyki," vinaigrette, horseradish, Lviv cheese curd, Kyiv-style cutlet, apple and carrot salad, forshmak, shreshka, and, of course, borsch with donuts.
