I don't want to believe this. I'm sure the research backs it up. And, it makes sense to me that you can't stand out by fitting in. But it never occurred to me that there was an inverse correlation between agreeableness and creativity - but if you're going to bring something new into the world, I guess you need to be prepared to face resistance. @WinnieHart told me, "If some people aren't opposing you, you're not a thought leader."
