It's been a rainy, chilly day, so perfect for more (freezer) baking. Wholemeal sunflower seed rolls, today.

Ingredients:
265g water
12g fresh yeast
200g strong white bread flour
200g wholemeal bread flour
8g salt
50g sunflower seeds plus extra for topping (around 25-30g)
30g honey
10g olive oil

Very fine-tasting bread indeed.

@Jantar Fantastic!

@kimlockhartga

Thank you.
Yes, they turned out quite well.

These were meant to be baked inside a big oven dish with a lid but I had nothing (that wasn't cast-iron) that was big enough for that, so I baked the rolls on a tray instead - which is why they spread out a bit; but they still taste grand.

@Jantar I cheat by using a pizza stone.

@kimlockhartga

I have one too but that seemed like overkill for small rolls like these - and not using the stone meant I didn't need to preheat the oven for almost an hour.
Which is also why I didn't use one of my cast-iron pots; they are great but it takes almost an hour for them to get really hot.
