This will make it impossible for Ohioans to enshrine abortion rights into the state constitution or have almost any other citizen imitative measure come up for a vote. @TonyStark Funny how Ohio Republicans had just eliminated August special elections, arguing they aren't an appropriate time to vote on important matters, but they reverse themselves now to make an August special election determine the most important Ohio voting rights issue in the last century?
