The system just asked me to rate from Worse to All Better for high cholesterol, a condition I couldn't possibly know about without a physician-ordered test. Maybe we just fire too-highly paid doctor/nurses/PAs and type in our #SKU to a call center in Kenya? And it's not just One Medical.
