I feel sorry for small businesses, and staff of office buildings, whose jobs may be affected by higher vacancies, but not so much the corporations that own them. I'm sure they collected and profited from #PPP loans. We should #repurpose empty buildings: #VerticalFarms, community spaces, #housing, etc. Many—not all–office buildings are unsuitable for residential use (glass towers, too much windowless space)? Let architects dream up other ideas!
