Feeling tired and uninspired, but not wanting my crafternoon to go to waste, I decided to cut up some old plastic packaging I had and sew it onto some paper to make storage for little bits and bobs like cutouts, stamps, scraps, and stickers for #junkJournaling
Surprisingly, I ran out of plastic, but I did manage to put pockets on the front and back of a couple folded sheets of paper.
I'll have to bind them together later, but here's the #wip so far.
Since I was feeling lazy, I bound my pages together with the sewing machine. It's like a mini booklet with pockets now. No proper cover yet, but I do plan on making more pages once I have more bits of plastic to sew on as pockets, so that's ok.
Hooray. After putting some of my stickers and die cut images and other scavenged images in my little homemade storage booklet, I have enough plastic wrapper to try to make more storage pages. I hope the plastic will be strong enough, as I would much rather use it than throw it away.
The cut-outs seem much more convenient and accessible like this, and they're all pre-cut!
