I wonder if Nissa, Nahiri, and Ajani retain their ability to speak Phyrexian even now that they're healed.

I just want Ajani to start a support group for former Phyrexian Planeswalkers with him, Karn, and Nissa getting together.

They always invite Nahiri, but she always responds with "I will literally kill every last one of you" and they don't bother saving her any pizza.

Also, I unironically like that this part of Ajani's character now is the guilt and self-loathing he feels. He was the most loyal to the cause out of all of the Phyrexian planeswalkers because he was an ardent and loyal person.

It *should* be painful for him to remember what that was like, and struggle with it.

I like the detail that Ajani was one of Elesh Norn's chief strategists. He's a good person, but that doesn't make him any less of a cunning and tactical fighter.

One of the other big details that I found really interesting about #MTGAftermath was how Nissa and Nahiri's feelings on Planeswalkers started to change and warp once they lost their sparks.

The moment they were removed from the power that defined them for so long, they started to grow a little resentful of the people who still had it, even if they didn't intend to.

It's one thing to be the savior, and quite another to be the one on the other side when you feel that you don't need their saving.

Someone also told me that they saw comparisons to learning to live with a new disability, and I think that's a compelling interpretation.
