Got my credit card statement this morning, so it's time to figure out which orders IngramSpark rolled into a single charge and which it broke into multiple charges. 
Plus, you know, reconcile the perfectly normal charges making up the rest of my statement.
I ordered books for the #DevotionAndCorrosion Kickstarter fulfillment at the end of March. Made one order that included paperbacks and hardcovers to ship to my house, plus a couple dozen to ship from the printer direct to the backers. No biggie.
Ingram said: "We can't put your paperbacks and hardcovers in the same order, because our internal processes are stupid. But here are your two invoices."
Credit card statement lumps the paperbacks, hardcovers, and two of the individual orders.
