Back from my 8.5 walk before #breakfast now. Today's takeaway, as it coincided with the local #Parkrun:

On my way there, I shared an uphil stretch with a lady wearing a 3D bright yellow #helicopter costume. Needless to say we chatted. Turns out she'll be going for the #WorldRecord for the fastest #marathon in a "3D aircraft costume" at the #LondonMarathon later this year and raising money for the #AirAmbulance charity ...
