I'm a big planning person - getting pre-planning done, ground rules set, comms methods set - those are key to a successful project.
All for change orders - they're a great way to track decisions made along the way. I will do a $0 change order just so we know it's an approved change. #AVintheAM #avtweeps #avmastodon #avmsp

Change orders are ( or can be) a normal part of any business. Depending on how the SOW was written to say a bid, there can be many or a few. In my organizations they were discussed by PMs to clients and handled by sales.
Note sometimes CO needs can be uncovered with a thorough External Kick Off....
