As a recent convert back to the Apple eco system earlier this year, I have really enjoyed using Apple's native enhanced Notes and Reminders apps.

Now more good news from MacRumors indicates that a native journaling app, in the style of the popular Day One diary, is on the way.

I always prefer native apps when possible as they usually provide better system level hooks and shortcuts. J
