Chiropractors are trained to take and read x-rays, but that doesn't mean we need them of everyone.

In reality, most patients who see us won't need x-rays or a scan. We have a really thorough examination appointment before we start any treatment where we aim to determine exactly what's causing the pain and what we can do to help. Patients often like the idea of a scan or x-ray because they think it'll give a clear picture.
