I am an avid card sender to my friends and family. Birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, holiday greetings, celebrations and lamentations alike, I'm sending out a card for it.
But now the #USPS is requesting another stamp price hike up to 66¢ for a First Class Stamp. The stated reason: because mail volume is dropping. And I can say as a regular sender of mail that I too am right at the tipping point where their increase finally stops me from using the US Postal system and start using online alternatives.

They got their reform law passed last year, which was supposed to bring them back to break-even within two years. Yet they're falling further behind. What gives?
