Last Light over Kuthodaw Pagoda - Mandalay, 2013

Built in the 19th century by King Mindon, the Kuthodaw Pagoda in Mandalay, Myanmar, is nicknamed the ‘The World’s Biggest Book’. The Buddhist site features 729 marble slabs containing the Buddha’s teachings on various subjects such as ethics and meditation: the Tripitaka.
