Eligibility:
1. GATE score in EE or EC stream (Or IIT B. Tech with >8 CPI)
2. B.tech in EE/ECE/IN/EEE etc: completed or expected to complete in 2023.

Program Structure:
Three streams/specialisations:
a. Power Electronics & Power Systems
b. VLSI/ Microelectronics
c. Communications/ SignalProcessing
Orientation/ Interaction sessions in the first months of the program after which students pick a specialisation in consultation with faculty advisor.
3 Core courses (common for all specialisations)
Embedded Sys, Controls, Linear Algebra.
Elective buckets for each specialisation. Easy to mix and match.
4. Close collaboration with industry
The program has been designed based on feedback from industry, in particular:
Infineon, Enphase, Tata Motors, Tata Hitachi, Honeywell, TI and many more.
Students will have a chance to take up internships and industry supported M. Tech projects!
