Microsoft mucks with PrtScr key for first time in decades

In Windows 11, it'll soon default to the Snipping Tool. And that's just fine with users, right?

@wisteela That headline is wrong on its face, even without checking the article.

Microsoft has _already_ "mucked with" that key several times over. In older versions of Windows it didn't bring up OneDrive. Heck, one of the times that Microsoft changed its semantics was in DOS+Windows, from what it used to do on just plain MS-DOS.
