donkey herder, fowl friend@thechattygardener what’s your favorite recipe? Our house came with SIX huge rhubarb and I don’t know what to dooooo!
@donkeyherder stewed with orange juice and stem ginger, add strawberries when they’re in season. It makes a compote that’s great on porridge - Tom Kerridge recipe. Rhubarb freezes well - lovely taste of summer in winter.
