Comment on #ColoradoRiver #water. Whenever you have people, you will have wastewater at reasonably constant flow. So in water stressed areas, need to rely more on plant #WastewaterReuse for drinking water supply. It can be done, and is being done, and planned many places. But needs careful and deliberate engineering and operations.
