The Josephine Community Library District in southern Oregon is under attack. Religious extremist bigots are attempting to infiltrate their board so they can ban books and ostracize LGBTQ+ volunteers/staff. Carnegie would undoubtedly go against most Republicans in today’s political climate.

@WillRobinson This has been the entire point of the book bans from the beginning. It's why trying to turn the tables on them and ban THEIR favorite books does nothing but further their agenda.
They want to hamstring public libraries and then use that as justification to get rid of them entirely, just like they do with every popular, successful public service.
