On Monday, UConn men's basketball won its 5th national championship. Today, a star of its 2nd championship team (2004) was arrested during an episode caused by his bipolar disorder.

@ashleyodell more and more people need to start following Dr. Chris Palmer psychiatrist at Harvard. He is doing wonderful work minimizing schizophrenia and bipolar symptoms with the keto eating plan.

@EllieRuth While I am not a Palmer fan in particular, there are many researchers who've found great evidence for ways our diets can impact our mental health, and it's definitely an area to keep an eye on.
