Shoq@mmasnick What's particularly stunning to me, is how we're only learning this now. Maybe he wasn't reporting it, but it doesn't feel like he was making much effort to conceal it, either. With all the doubts about him going all the way back to his confirmation, why was this investigation so long in coming?
AliSnarkbar@mmasnick a lot of this has been known for close to a decade though. There's new stuff for sure though. I think this is being pushed out now because they are trying once again to establish some ethics laws for SCOTUS. So that makes this refresh of older news a requirement to get people invested in that once again.
