Look at this. Secondary TMA was a bizarre choice in first round....IgA has so much to go - so many trials. Flozins and Sparsentan from the non-IS angle. Why pump up this if you were making it lose to....secondary TMA?

and this is even more hilarious. Finerenone is a solid story, despite @Nephro_Sparks rants. AKI in immune checkpoint inhibitors is cool but we have known that for a few years now...but enough to beat MRAs?
