What sensory needs bring you the greatest relief when they are met?

@autism101 probably temperature, with that humidity and barometric pressure because it's not just the autistic sensory need set, but rather also aides in sensation with my lingering damage from frostbite & my delicate skin from my hEDS, my spinal arthritis in it triggering my peripheral neuropathy with barometric pressure dives, and my early onset osteoarthritis from my hEDS, so if I get that set right then I can physically function my fullest and best.

So 65-85°F, under 10% relative humidity & moderate barometric pressure.

I used to wear flip-flops everywhere. At school they used to make fun of me for it.

@autism101
I used to live in a warm country where I could wear flip flops year round. Now I moved to a country where temperatures go below zero for most of the year and it's great here but having to wear shoes all the time really gets to me.

@autism101 @actuallyautistic toring, not cutting, along the folding line helps...but yes tagless is great😊

Silence is what I need most.

Not too bright lighting.
