@Miteroni He whispers something to her in “The Wedding of River Song”, ostensibly his name, but later revealed he tells her he’s a Teselector. So we don’t actually see it on screen. But she definitely knows it, because she tells 10 in the Library so he trusts her.

@PaulGifford Like the Angels, I think Moff pulled back the curtain too far on River. Ruined the magic a bit.
