Crust looks perfect. We've been making pizza at home with the kids lately and it's been great fun - though I wish I could get them to try more than just cheese as a topping.

@rumdood The dough turned out well, despite a relatively short ferment. Need to find a new source for organic bread flour. Get 'em hooked young on home made pizza! (The only pizza my mom ever made was "hamburger pizza" on frozen white bread dough.)
