@iuculano no no. Ugh. This makes me so sad. 😞 it also feels so trite and privileged to say this - ma senza risotto, non ce lo faccio. The rice here is nothing compared to the imported rices, particularly the Italian ones like Arborio.

Laney, you've said everything. I use both varieties to make #risotto, which I then use to make #Arancini . It would be so sad to lose that diversity of product

@iuculano oh the arancini….. I now miss Italy and good Italian cooking more than ever! It’s been 20 years since I’ve been back to see my family, but I have to get back there!
