Maxell.com was first registered in December 1998, so it's slightly possible it's a 1999 tape, but probably further into the 2000s than you may think.

@museumofportablesound Used many cassettes in 1970’s & later, most difficult time was 1972 when bought first Advent Cassette Recorder with Dolby Noise Reduction. Cassettes compatible with DNR difficult to find & expensive, but the absence of cassette “hiss” was well worth it 🙂
