34yo w SB #Crohns, Multiple✂️ ➡️ 150cm SB in continuity w colon. On loperamide + Lomotil 2 tabs QID w/ meals + bedtime, cholestyramine 4 g QID. Still has #diarrhea w loose, oily stools that float.
