There are the regulatory sandboxes in Article 15, which allow effectively for a derogation from safety rules in order to provide for a 'controlled environment', in which technologies can be developed and for which companies can apply. /5

Let's talk about money: further deviations from the EU State Aid regime for 'guarantees' and 'measures aimed at de-risking agreements with off-takers' (Article 19(4)). The financial sources for this can come from the Emission Trading Scheme (ETS) and Invest EU. /6

One of my favorites: Art. 24 on public procurement and the criterion 'security of supply', which refers to the 'need to diversify supply sources' and which can be weighed up to 40% of the award criteria. All in: businesses now will analyze their supply chains in depth! #CSDDD /7
