@chuck @bomkatt ok, I’ve never heard of honey stinger waffles. I will have to look them up. They sound intriguing.
I don’t usually lack enough energy, or at least I don’t think so. Capped at 10k, I’m not sure I’d flatline in that way. For me, it’s more of an issue with: 1) when I run, relative to meals; and 2) perhaps what I eat. Some meals sit heavily (god, that Korean Fire Chicken from a few weeks ago!💀). And sometimes I might be low on vitamins or electrolytes.
