I read through these, and as a user without any of these conditions, I STILL prefer the "Do..." options.

It's simply better design for us all, IMO.

@airwhale Agreed! Great exercise in revisiting good practices of functional/ user-friendly design…. Mind you, it is going to take me a while to stop using ALL CAPS for subheadings… I blame Roboto! Thanks for sharing your thoughts 👍🏼 much appreciated!

So, if we use standard case in the text, and style it as UPPER CASE in CSS, wouldn't that then be a property the user could control in the screen reader?
