@LornaPeel Love this. Look at the women in this picture. A woman holding a baby stands apart from the men browsing the books, but a girl is standing at the edge of the table. The painting is about her, I think. Thanks for sharing! #worldbookday

I was trying to figure out what that building at the back was, and then I realized that this is a view eastwards from Aston Quay - with no Liberty Hall or Butt Bridge to obscure the view of the Custom House.
