Yea know, I'm posting to #Mastodon instead of filling out my yearly performance review. What have I done to increase "Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)"?

Can I say that I only interact with people people via email, and I have no idea of the #race, age, or position in the organization? But I think that implies that I would be biased if I interacted with them directly. *sigh*

And the from says "Diversity, Equity & Inclusion" is #abbreviated to "DE&I" and later they use "DEI" to reference it! The horror!
