I'm a PA practicing dermatology in Florida and in the past month I've had four cases of S. Aureus AND Group A strep, a P. Mirabilis abscess, and now an abscessed epidermal inclusion cyst showing heavy S. Lugdunesis. Anybody having similarly unusual culture results recently?
