The royal coat of arms of Scotland on the front of the old Kelvin House building on Otago Street in the west end of Glasgow (which now houses, amongst other businesses, the CC Music Shop).

Despite a lot of digging, I've failed to find out what this large and colourful crest is doing here as there seems to be no obvious royal connection. Does anyone out there know?

@thisismyglasgow It was the Red Hackle whisky building and they held a Royal Warrant, so that may be the answer
@davebikenotes I knew the building was associated with Red Hackle Whisky, but I couldn't find the evidence they held a royal warrant. I might just has missed it though. It's also unusual to use the royal coat of arms rather than the specific warrant of the royal who awarded it. It does seem like the most likely answer though.
