@KeithJChouinard I don't think it has much to do with the colonial past. They simply don't care. Ukraine is a far country for them and that most even didn't know existed. But Russian gas and oil are very much in their minds. And Modi's government is based on a far-right nationalist, selfish, and pseudo-patriotic mindset that appeals to the people. If Trump in the US or Le Pen in France would be in office, we would see the same in the West as well.
