Time for a game of Call Transfer Roulette! Will I be disconnected?

...New wrinkle: Call transfer for this rep is only going to the Spanish line - kudos to her for checking first! (Why did I take high school French and not Spanish??)

Ended up getting xferred to a guy who gave me totally new info, couldn't/wouldn't guide me to anywhere online where I could view it, and hung up on me when I tried to explain the problem I was having getting in.
