Today I swapped out Wil's little 1.2m x 50cm desk for a 1.8m x 75cm desk, and also swapped out his 1080p 24" mac monitor for my old 27" 4K panel and I he's going to come home from school to discover this and (hopefully) be well pleased. Happy (early) birthday, kiddo.

Requesting actual birthday presents early is a good move on his part, because he knows we will still give him _something_ on the actual day, most likely snacks and treats. Multiple presents! That's just smart present-ing.
