It’s interesting to look back and see where I was a decade ago. This post from March 2013 shows that I was in the process of recouping skill that had been lost during the mid-2000s. My work has changed a lot since then, but I still love this drawing of Amedeo Modigliani. His haunted stare remains the most captivating feature of this portrait.
