Most of how I've worked through my healing journey for the last 8 years has been in the mundane experiences. I learned to see them differently by shutting down the stories I was telling myself and actually questioning my thinking around what was going on.

Most of the time it's your thoughts and that voice in your head that prevent you from the seeing the experience in such a way that it's helpful to you.

What if I could show you how to do that?

What if I could show you how to take those mundane experiences that you have and see them in a way that allows you to learn from them and heal?

What if I could show you the seemingly cryptic messages the Universe has for you by helping you question your experience and your thinking?

I promise that your life is talking to you and the message has simply gotten all twisted around because you're in your head and you're tied up in the stories you tell yourself.

There is another way to handle life that gives you clarity and allows you to heal - that is this process of self-mastery that I use.

I've learned this by doing it. I didn't find it in some book somewhere. I didn't steal it from somebody else. This is my lived experience. It makes healing easier. It simplifies the process.

You don't have to get caught in all kinds of emotions. You don't have to cry it out. It's not that you won't feel anything, we're just not going to go around intentionally triggering it. If it shows up fine, but we're not going looking for it.

I want to give you a new way to heal that isn't quite so painful.
