I have an 80's Casio calculator watch with broken o-ring, odd shape and not available anymore. What are my chances of printing something workable in TPU?

@daveake depends on how accurate your printer's flow is, dimensional accuracy on this will be key.

Do you have access to a resin printer? https://www.3djake.uk/resin/flexible

Either way, I doubt it would remain as waterproof.

@cabebedlam It's not the kind of watch that anyone sensible would go swimming in :) so I'm not looking for it to be 100% waterproof.

I've tried printing in PLA and it printed well. I got the corner radius wrong and I need to tweak it a bit but it's close. I'll order some TPU.
