In the above clip, comments by Marshall Freeman of Atlanta Police Foundation & Committee Chair Alison Clark imply that data from Flock License Plate Readers (LPRs) owned by the Foundation would be shared directly w Homeowners Associations.

Atlanta Police Foundation & Atlanta PD suggest the camera network would be justified by traffic to/from the public park planned next to 'Cop City' - with Atlantans enjoying nature inherently necessitating increased surveillance infrastructure to run park visitors against APD "hotlists."

The park plan, drafted privately over a year ago, was publicly announced this week by Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens.

Dickens seemed to spin the park as a new "compromise" to dodge the shame of the recent police killing of protester Manuel ‘Tortuguita’ Terán at the proposed site: https://unicornriot.ninja/2023/city-of-atlanta-and-dekalb-county-announce-agreement-amidst-growing-opposition-to-cop-city/
