@kkarhan i have heard about that, the 1disk team is planning to switch to another game engine named "Godot" which is a free and open source game engine. Sadly the 1disk team can't use Unity mainly because of it's programming language, but the 1disk team will get there!

@gmate8 @1disk TBH I think that #Godot is pretty awesome and #W4Games as corporate sponsor is working out the main and only drawback: lack of #console support due to conflicting licenses [#FLOSS vs. #NDA'd #CCSS as part of #SDK's needed to get it to run on all still-supported consoles.

From #SelfPublishing on your own websites, "pay-as-you-like" platforms like itch.io or any games- and app store from F-Droid, Huawei AppGallery [tho they take like 50% for Games in the "P.R." China and Taiwan], Apple AppStore, Google Play, Steam, EPIC, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo eShop, etc.

Thus avoiding to be #LockedIn in a #toxic relationship of a #SingleVendor / #SingleProvider platform is just a matter of survival...

@1disk needless to say that I'll gladly showcase your games on http://gaming.alternative.yt that ain't locked down for #Roblox and at the very least run fine within #Proton / #DXVK + #Wine or ideally natively on #Linux.
