Thread. A year ago my then 15 year old son succeeded in getting a grant from the Community Foundation to help towards his ambition in recording an album of songs he wrote in hospital. Daniel recorded “Twice” a rap song about the relapse of his illness:

The lyrics are in the 1st comment in the YouTube video. He describes a traumatic relapse. For me I found harder than the original presentation, especially when my son lost his ability to talk. Even in his worse pain before it he would still talk to me. Luckily his voice came back

We are looking for a wheelchair accessible recording studio in NE of England & a professional willing to work with Daniel on recording his songs. Timing will have to be after GCSE exams as he has a lot on,including full rehab weeks in school holidays. Any suggestions appreciated
