Drivists scream: "🙀$100M?? What about the homeless?? PS: more $ to cops!"

Active transportation cats say: "it's 180 times *less* than the $1.8*Billion* budgeted for cars, & 50% of what is actually needed. PS: poor people can't afford cars. The people living in tents depend on #bikes to get around the city🚴‍♂️⛺..."
