And yes, that place also violated several regulations btw, including but not limited to:
- Properly filing my employment with the Federal Employment Agency in time.
- Basically almost every paycheck was delayed - up to 11 calendar days, and not just for me.
- Literally firing people for being sick and disabled in at least 2 counts...
- Violating dataprotection laws and refusing to act on time, risking a data breach that could've jeopardized medical confidentiality...
I could go on and on...
#HeiProTec is dangerous and it's owner not only is still too incompetent to incorporate properly, but also has a huge ego.
In fact @Barnacules really "folded him to fit under the door on Twitter" once and it was glorious....
But since I left in 2019 his stupidiy shined through [being a "Storage Engineer" for the privatized IT of the Federal Defense Forces yet being too stupid to follow a noob-level tutorial on how to extend an LVM] and he got yeeted on that other job...
And yet people ask me "Why don't you work as public servant / in public administration / for MIL/INTEL/LEAs ?"
Cuz they are ALL so dangerously incompetent that one doesn't need some Russian Hackers, but the entire #IT of these is so shit that it's #UnsafeAtAnyConfiguration and the decisionmakers are "concrete-headed" morons that prefer papers over skill and will refuse to change yet sacrifice one as a pawn when shit inevitably hits the fan sooner or later...
I'm done with those...
When I tell this story to recruiters, they first don't believe me but since I've always be willing to certify these truths under oath and threat of penial and penjury, it usually leaves them speechless...
And I don't blame them...
I had the luck and privilegue to pull the ripcord and go, but I do know that's not an option for a lot of #WageWorkers...
So yeah, f**k #HeiProTec which I'll likely have to sue for my money and likely like the other colleague will have to call the cort marshall due to overdue payment...
