The second thing that came out of this was that if DC is basically ignoring my favorite Legion (the Reboot), why not just tell the story I want to tell and "play with the toys" so to speak.

So I wrote fanfic.

It's the Reboot Legion, but my conceit is that instead of the LSH v4 series ending with issue 125, Legion Lost never happens and the events of my story unfold.

It's hacky and bad, as I'm not a pro writer.

But it's mine, dammit and after a year+ I told the story I wanted to tell.

I'll play with them more, as I prefer a more action oriented, yet not hopelessly dark (as I felt DnA's Legion was) story.

I didn't want all the deaths from Legion Lost. I wanted to undo the dumb mistake of the changing of Kinetix. I wanted to make sure the Reboot had some LGBT representation.
